Refund Policy

Exchange or Return Policy

Customers who purchase or pick up the goods at the store must confirm on site that the goods are not damaged. If customer would like to ask for exchange due to the products’ quality issue, an exchange request must be made on site once received the goods.

Any request for exchange will not be accepted after customers leave the store.

 

Customers who purchase online and select the delivery service, if they find any damages to the goods, please use Contact Us within 2 days after receiving the goods, and keep the online receipt and the unconsumed goods for exchange. Overdue exchanges or returns will not be accepted.

 

In order to protect the rights and interests of customers, the following circumstances or products will not accept return service:

  • All discounted items.
  • Any gifts, accessories or trial packs.
  • Due to hygiene or food safety reasons, the following products are not allowed to be returned:
  1. All fresh, refrigerated or frozen food.
  2. All bulk foods, including but not limited to dried noodles.
  • The customers fail to provide purchase receipts.
  • Once the products have been opened, consumed, tampered with or damaged due to improper use, no return or exchange will be accepted. Except for factory quality problems.
  • If the product has quality problems, and it has been consumed more than one-fifth of the original capacity.
  • Any goods not purchased from our company.

 

Product return procedures

  • Customers who return or exchange goods, please bring along the products online sales receipt issued by our company to complete the relevant procedures.
  • The customer can only return and exchange once under the same receipt. Under normal circumstances, we do not accept direct refunds.
  • In the circumstance that customer would like to exchange for products with higher value, customers have to pay for the price difference.
  • The goods must be returned together with all the gifts and accessories that are included at the time of purchase, otherwise the value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund.

The company reserves all the rights of this exchange or return policy without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Chan Ming Kee Powder & Noodle Factory Limited preserves the rights of final decision.
